Our story

Built by a community, for communities.

Firekeepr started as one server owner's fix for one quiet server. Here's why it exists, who it's for, and what it does differently.

I built Firekeepr for my own server. Krunk had gone quiet, and I tried what everyone tries: a bot for stats, another for levels, another to post conversation starters. The bills added up and the chat stayed silent.

Nobody should have to stack paid bots and still be guessing why their community stopped talking. So I built one bot that finds where the server went cold, helps warm it back up, and shows whether it worked.

The server that went quiet

Krunk is a gaming community on Discord. It had around a hundred real people in it, and almost none of them were talking. New members joined, looked around and left without a word.

What didn't work

The usual answer is more bots, and each one does a single job:

  • A stats bot charts the decline, but doesn't tell you why it's happening.
  • A levelling bot rewards the few people who already post.
  • A conversation-starter bot posts prompts into channels nobody is reading.

Each one has its own subscription, and none of them tells you whether anything changed. You end up paying for several bots and still guessing.

Who it's for

Firekeepr is for communities whose real members have gone quiet: gaming groups, creator servers, clubs and hobby spaces. It suits owners and mods who'd rather fix the quiet than pay to hide it. It's not for faking activity. It counts only people who have actually posted, and it never pretends to be one of them.

What Firekeepr fixes

  • One bot, not a stack. Stats, leaderboards, activity roles, counters, games and Souls in one place, free, with no AI and no paywall.
  • Stats that lead somewhere. A stats bot shows you the line going down. The weekly audit shows where and why: dead channels, unanswered questions, people who joined and never spoke.
  • AI only where you'd want it. It helps write the audit and speaks only in moments your mods switch on. It always shows as a bot and never pretends to be a member.
  • Proof, not promises. Each week's audit is compared with the last, so you can see what brought people back and drop what didn't.
  • A fair price. The free tier stays free. Paid tiers cover what AI costs your server, plus a little to keep the fire going.
  • Your members' privacy. Message text is never stored, and anyone can wipe their data with one command.

Where it fits

Keep your moderation bot. Krunk still runs one for moderation and raid protection, and Firekeepr doesn't try to replace it. Firekeepr replaces the stats, levels and engagement bots you'd otherwise stack, and it adds the step those bots skip: checking each week whether the server is coming back.
