Firekeepr terms

Last updated: 2026-10-09 (version 1.13.2)

These terms cover adding Firekeepr to a Discord server, using it, and its website. Firekeepr is in early access and invite-only for now. What it stores and how to delete it is in the privacy policy. By adding the bot or using it you agree to both, and to Discord's own terms and community guidelines.

Who can use it

  • Members need to be old enough to use Discord (13 or older, or the minimum age where they live).
  • The person who adds Firekeepr to a server must be allowed to manage that server and agrees to these terms for it.

What server owners and mods agree to

  • Tell members the bot is there. Optional features that read chat (proactive chat, reactions and memory) are off until a mod turns them on; if you turn them on, say so in your rules or an announcement and link the privacy policy.
  • Don't use the bot to track, rank or report on members outside the server, to build lists of people, or to harass anyone. Leaderboards and stats are for fun inside the server.
  • Don't turn on trash talk in a server that is aimed at children.
  • You are responsible for what you approve: posts, polls and events the bot drafts only go out when a mod approves them, and the server's own rules still apply to them.
  • Don't try to break, overload or get around the bot's limits, or use it to send spam.

What Firekeepr does and doesn't promise

  • It always shows as a bot and never pretends to be a member.
  • It's provided as is, with no guarantee it will be up, correct or free of mistakes. AI replies and audit reports can be wrong; check before you act on them.
  • Each server gets a share of the AI budget; when it runs out, AI features pause until the next day or month and the free features keep working.
  • Features, limits and prices can change. Paid plans, when they exist, will say what they include before you pay.

Souls

Souls are play money. They can't be bought, sold, cashed out, traded for anything real or sent between members, and they can be reset. They have no value outside the server.

Ending it

  • You can remove the bot at any time; its data for your server is deleted 7 days later, or straight away with /firekeeper forget.
  • Firekeepr can stop serving a server that breaks these terms or Discord's rules.

Changes and questions

When these terms change, the date at the top changes and the change is listed in the changelog. Ask anything in the Krunk Discord server, or email ceo@krunk.site.
